Being admitted into a Credit or Noncredit class is contingent on their CCSF placement score, meeting prerequisites, and space availability. We encourage new special education students to see a DSPS counselor prior to enrolling to plan appropriate courses and arrange classroom accommodations. Students must arrange with the instructor two hours of lab per week. Arts and crafts adapted for all disabilities. Introduces basic art concepts and crafts skills. Students create projects using materials and processes increasingly more challenging as the course progresses and their abilities develop. Adaptive equipment and techniques introduced as needed.

May lead to exhibition of student artwork. Designed for students with disabilities to provide life-skill proficiencies essential to the fulfillment of academic, career technical, and personal goals in theatre arts.
