We have around 70 people on our staff, including expatriates. We have international volunteers and interns in Tanzania year-round. Participants live in our compound while mainly focusing on working in the surrounding schools and areas. Our community-based programs aim to empower local communities and individuals. Our interns experience being immersed in the daily life of Tanzania while also having the opportunity to witness the growth of one of the fastest growing economies in Africa.

Students must arrange with the instructor two hours of lab per week. Arts and crafts adapted for all disabilities. Introduces basic art concepts and crafts skills. Students create projects using materials and processes increasingly more challenging as the course progresses and their abilities develop. Adaptive equipment and techniques introduced as needed.
May lead to exhibition of student artwork. Designed for students with disabilities to provide life-skill proficiencies essential to the fulfillment of academic, career technical, and personal goals in theatre arts.
