It took 5 weeks of me calling none stop and bugging them trying to find out what's going on and finally somebody emails me back.
Funny how they didnt pay anything they only covered my deductible this company is really terrible. MATT H. You are forgotten and forget about someone to return your call if you have a claim. Kayce H. I had major damage from the February freeze and they paid out a small percentage of what it will require. My home is now empty and the work has been stopped. I contacted the Board of Insurance and they instructed me to ask specific questions and I have never gotten a response to the email I sent.
I have had to hire an attorney for assistance. They have the worst customer service and their claims handling is atrocious. If you're luck, you can establish someone to email and that is it.
